Functions and features

1. The entire machine is designed and manufactured according to reliability and safety, with quick order change and easy operation.

2. The transmission gear is hardened and ground from high-quality 20CrMnTi alloy steel, reaching level six accuracy.

3. All phase adjustments are electric and the adjustment data is displayed on the human-machine screen. The whole machine automatically returns to zero and has the function of erasing memory and restoring it.

4. Apply keyless connection to reduce center wear and maintain long-term printing registration.

5. All rollers are dynamically balanced and plated with hard chromium to enhance hardness.

6. German servo front-edge paper feeding system. The paper feeding part is equipped with a variable frequency adsorption fan and a double-bristle suction port, which can remove a large amount of impurities on the printing surface of the cardboard and improve the printing quality.

7. The left and right baffles and the rear baffle are all electrically adjusted to improve paper feeding accuracy, and a separate paper feeding device is added.

8. The side baffles automatically slap and stack together.

9. The anilox roller cooperates with the pneumatic automatic lifting device of the paper feeding system (when paper feeding, the anilox roller descends and contacts the printing plate, and when paper feeding stops, the anilox roller rises and separates from the printing plate).
