Product Description
★ Adopting a hood suction structure, equipped with a high-pressure strong fan. The diameter of the main corrugated roller is 280mm, and the surface hardness is HRC58 degrees or above. The key parts of the tile roller and pressure roller bearings use high-temperature resistant bearings produced by Wafangdian.
★ Pressure roller, 292mm, surface ground and chrome plated; The cylinder controls up and down movement, and the material is medium carbon steel No. 45, quenched and tempered (with buffer device).
★ Pneumatic control for gluing and debonding, the surface of the gluing roller with a diameter of ¥ 216mm is polished and engraved with a 25 line concave pattern, and then plated with hard chromium. The surface of the scraping roller is polished and then plated with hard chromium.
★The raw materials for the corrugated roller and pressure roller are provided by Zhongyuan Special Steel, with a middle height of 0.15mm on one side of the corrugated roller and 0.075mm on one side of the pressure roller. Add a limit device. Press the cylinder with a diameter of 160mm.
★The preheating roller adopts seamless steel pipe grade 320mm produced by Tiangang.
