WAF-Y(Q) series oil and gas-fired hot air furnaces is a kind of heat-supply equipment, which, with oil and gas as fuel, air as heat carrier, outputs clean hot air by fan forced airoulation through heat exchange of a heat exchanger and filtration of an air fiter. The heated fresh air and smoke are separaned for heat echange. The heated high-temperature air, clean and pollution- free, provides a high temperature air source for grain processing, auto painting drying, farms, and production workshops, and a clean high temperature air source for chemical industry, building material, food, paper-making, eic. The furnace acopts an integrated unit of a sioel plate multi-sleeve structure, with the combustion chamber as its core and a ring-shaped heart exchanger around. The air and the smake are both multi-passed to exchange heat in their own passes. To improve heat efficiency, the turnace adopts multi-headed spiral grooved piece heat cochanging technalogy and turbulence principies to thin the thickness of laminar flow to let air and smake continuously exchange directions of turning, greatly enhancing the heat exchanging effect
