Function and characteristic
1.SF320/360 adsorption type single corrugating machine, corrugated roller φ320/360mm. The upper and lower corrugated rolls are made of high-quality chrome-molybdenum alloy steel, and the hardness is ground on the surface of
HRC58°-60°
2.Paste wheel automatic idle device, pneumatic moving pulp plate, electric slurry adjusting device, equipped with core paper electric spray device.
3.The pressure roller and the lower corrugating roller, the upper paste roller and the lower corrugating roller are pneumatically controlled, and the gap between the upper paste roller and the control paste roller is finely adjusted by the motor.
4. The gap between the upper paste and the control paste is controlled by the displacement device, and the man-machine interface displays the value, and the size of the paste is electrically fine-tuned to ensure the amount of paste required for the corrugator to operate at high and low speeds, ensuring a single corrugated paper (Beikeng paper) quality stability.
5.The sizing roller and the control roller are designed to slide and disassemble the group of guide rails. The corrugating roller and the bearing housing at both ends
can be assembled and replaced in groups to shorten the maintenance time.
6.Variable frequency motor main drive, independent drive box, three-axis drive, the inverter controls the acceleration and deceleration of the corrugated machine, and achieves energy-saving (electricity) and further leaves the communication interface for future production management.
