Function and characteristic:
The creasing machine (Die Cutting Machine) is also called a beer machine, cutting machine, rolling machine, and box palletizing machine. It uses steel knives (knife molds), hardware molds, and steel wires (or templates carved from steel plates) to pass The imprinting plate applies a certain amount of pressure to cut the printed matter or cardboard into a certain shape. The shape is mainly used for cardboard, corrugated cardboard, plastic sheets, leather, cork, self-adhesive, EVA, double-sided tape, electronics, and other materials. Die cutting (full cut, half cut) is an important equipment for post-printing packaging processing and molding.
1. The castings are made of HT250 gray cast iron, which is then annealed to ensure that the castings (including the fuselage, pressure frame, etc.) are not easily deformed or broken.
2. The spindle is made of tetraphosphorus chromium steel. It has been quenched and tempered to improve the strength, rigidity and hardness of the spindle to achieve the effect of not being easily deformed.
3. The main parts of the gears are made of tetraphosphorus chromium steel and have been quenched and tempered.
4. The guide rail lining plate of the machine is made of 38 chromium molybdenum aluminum. It has been nitrided to strengthen the hardness and is not easy to wear. It can keep the upper and lower pressure of the machine balanced and stable for a long time.
5. The single-plate electromagnetic clutch operates sensitively and reliably.
6. Three functions: single sheet pressing, continuous pressing and opening delay. The delay range can be adjusted at will.
7. The transmission connecting rod (tension arm) is made of ductile iron, which has high strength, toughness and strong tensile strength.
8. The key parts of the bearings adopt Harbin tile bearings.
9. The lubrication system with manual refueling and centralized refueling (optional) can better ensure the smooth flow of the oil circuit and make the maintenance of the lubrication system more convenient.
10. The shaft sleeve of the transmission part is made of composite copper sleeve (to ensure lubrication). Make the machine more precise.
11. The indentation version uses 201# stainless steel plate.
12. The electrical appliances of the machine are imported from China's Delixi and Snyder (exported to LG and Siemens)
13. Hand-operated triangle limit switch, emergency stop switch, hand push rod limit switch, and three safety devices to ensure safety.
14. Internal and external movable frames can be installed and plates installed (the standard configuration is an external movable frame)
