Automatic box gluing stitching machine is composed of four parts: paper feeding part, gluing and folding part, nailing gluing and pressing part, counting and accumulation part. Digital display speed regulation, microcomputer adjusting modulation, control mode of simple, fast, reliable and accurate, automatic paper feeding, automatic gluing and folding, automatic counting and automatic stacking and output, with an average gluing speed of 150 sheets/min, a maximum speed of 220 sheets/min, and a stitching speed of 50 sheets/min. High efficiency, energy-saving and environmental protection are our highest pursuit.
According to European standards,The whole electrical appliances are designed and produced based on the concept of safe and reliable work , convenient operation and maintenance.It adopts color touching man-machine interface and Panasonic master PLC control, which are easy to operate and highly humanized.They are reserved with program upgrading interface, which are convenient for equipment upgrading in the future.The main power motor of the whole machine is frequency control,using the Chinese Jiale brand frequency converter, with stable speed, environmental protection and energy saving(About 30% electricity saving) and full protection for the motor(When the voltage is too high or too low or when the motor is overheated or the current is too high, the frequency converter will automatically alarm and stop running, and the corresponding alarm code will be displayed).All contactors used for controlling the motor of the whole machine adopt Siemens AC contactors, and thermal overload relay is installed to protect the motor when the motor is overloaded.The wires at the connection of each part of the machine are connected by aviation plug-in, which is convenient for disassembly and maintenance.
