Product Description

1. Introduction of the whole machine

The fully automatic box-stitching and gluing machine consists of four parts: paper feeding, gluing and folding, stapling and gluing, and counting and accumulating. It has digital speed control, microcomputer amplitude modulation, and simple, fast, reliable and accurate control mode. It can automatically supply paper, gluing and folding, counting, and stacking. The average gluing speed is 150 sheets/minute, the highest speed is 220 sheets/minute, and the box-stitching speed is 70 sheets/minute. High efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection are our highest pursuits.

The whole machine is designed and produced with reference to European standards, based on the concept of safe and reliable work, convenient operation and maintenance. It adopts color touch human-machine interface and Panasonic master PLC control, which is convenient to operate and highly user-friendly. The touch human-machine interface and master PLC are both reserved with program upgrade interfaces to facilitate future equipment upgrades. The main power motor of the whole machine is variable frequency speed regulation, using China Jiale brand inverter, which has stable speed, environmental protection and energy saving (saving about 30% electricity), and full protection for the motor (when the voltage is too high or too low, when the motor is overheated or the current is too large, the inverter automatically alarms and stops running, and the corresponding alarm code is displayed). All contactors used to control the motors of the whole machine use Siemens AC contactors, and thermal overload relays are installed to protect the motor when the motor load is too heavy. The wires at the connection points of each part of the machine are connected with aviation plug-ins, which is convenient for disassembly and maintenance. There are operating buttons installed at the front and back of the machine. The main functions can be operated at the front and back of the machine, and the operating button panel is made of stainless steel, which is beautiful and generous. The panel uses graphics and text to explain the convenient functions of the buttons at the same time, which is easy to understand.
