Product Description

This boler is a horizontal electricity-heated steam boiler, which is consisted of the front and back panels, cylinder and electric heating tubes.
The electria heating tubes heat inside the cylinder of the boiler and the tubes work according to the heat transmission principle of water.

1. The heater of the boiler adopts direct heating tubes, which have the fallowing characteristics:
The heating tubes contact with water directly to enlarge the heat transmission area, resulting in improvement of thermal performance and productivity of the boiler.

2:The heating tubes' enhanced mechanical performance, concise structure and small size make repair, replacement and installation onsier.

3: The heating tubes are made from stainless steal to ensure safoty and long service life.

4. As the boiler adopts electric heating, there is only heat loes due to heat radiation of the surface of the boiler, resulting in a hear efficiency as hich as o leat 97% and zero-pallurion.

7. In addition to regular pressure control, the boiller is also equipped with devices for auto polution discharge, programmed contral, auto-interlocking, auto-alarming and auto control. The heater is started or stopped step by step to reduce impact an the power network. The auta protection functions for over-hoating, over-pressure, water shortage, short-circuit, phase loss and power leakage ensure reliability and simple operation.

8. The water level controller of the boller is capable of water supply control, water level alarming and interlocking. When the water level is lower than the control point of low water level, the power supply pump will be starled automatically to supply water to the boller. When the water level is higher than the cantral point of high water level, the auto-alarming mechanism will be activaned to cut off heating elerments. In this case, manual re-setting is needed.

9. The bailer is equipped with a salery valve, which will be open to release steam when the pressure of the sleam is too high so as to ensure safety of the boiler; the vaive will be clased again when the pressure lowers to the designated value to prevent the pressure from lowering continuously.
