Product Description

CP01 series

The Rapid Kaiser Process Automatic Paper Forming Machine is an experimental equipment that uses the Rapid Kaiser Process to form pulp sheets and perform rapid vacuum drying. In the laboratory, various fibers such as plant minerals are cooked, beaten, and screened, and then the slurry is dehydrated in a standard manner, and then put into a molding cylinder. After stirring, it is quickly filtered and formed to obtain a sheet, which is then processed on the machine. After vacuum drying, the resulting sheet can be used as a paper sample for further physical testing.


Features

1. Forming weight range: The minimum forming weight is 5 grams, and the maximum thickness can achieve sheet materials of about 20mm. The specific weight and thickness depend on the type of fiber.
2. Slurry control system.
3. The homogenizer section has a water adding limit. When the water level reaches the limit, it will automatically stop adding water to avoid water overflow.
4. Homogenization method: air jet homogenization and manual homogenization plate homogenization.
5. Equipped with a white water circulation system to reuse water resources.
6. Vacuum filtration with time control unifies the test procedures.
7. Drying temperature: adjustable from normal temperature to 120 degrees Celsius.

Molding size

The usual size is a paper pattern with a molding diameter of 200mm. Square paper patterns from 200*200mm to 400*400mm can be customized, and rectangular paper patterns with a similar proportion to the length can also be customized.


Jet mixing for large paper patterns

The built-in air jet stirring in the homogenization section cannot evenly stir the pulp of large-sized paper patterns (diameter or side length greater than 250mm), so an external air jet stand will be equipped to stir the pulp evenly.

 

Drying department

Usually equipped with two drying sections, multiple drying sections, a single drying section, or no drying section can be equipped according to customer needs.

 

Pneumatic lid closing

For sheet formers that form large-size paper patterns, the closing covers of the homogenizing section and drying section will be heavy, and will be equipped with pneumatic opening and closing functions, making them easy to use.

 

Vacuum flow

When forming large-size paper patterns, or when forming paper patterns with high weight or high pulp viscosity, a vacuum pump will be added to increase the vacuum flow rate to ensure the effect and efficiency of vacuum filtration.

 

Vacuum pressure control

The vacuum filtration pressure may have an impact on the formed paper pattern. A vacuum flow classification switch can be added to control the vacuum flow to achieve the effect of adjusting the vacuum pressure.
