Function and characteristic:
1.Drive gearbox is lubricated with oil, reduce noise, universal joint drive, isolated power source (optional)
2.The upper tile roller, pressure roller and rubber roller are lifted and controlled by pneumatics.
3.The paper guiding method adopts vacuum adsorption and air volume adjusting device to maintain the stability of the smal corrugated type at high speed.
4.The roller and pressure roller bearings are lubricated with high temperature grease.
5.The corrugated glue part adopts automatic circulation for glue.
6.The upper and lower corrugating rolls are made of 48CrMo high-qualty alloy steel. Afer heat treatment, the hardhess is ground on the surface of HRC58°-60°
7. The surface of the rubberized roller is textured and chrome-plated.
8. Manual or electric rubber separator.
9. The rubber coating unit can be operated independently or not independently.
