The whole machine is composed of paper feeding department, gluing department, folding department, gluing department, nailing department, paper stacking department and electric control department.
Workflow: automatic belt suction feeding → automatic gluing → automatic folding → automatic correction → automatic gluing (nailing) → output of finished products → (automatic packing)
1. The whole machine adopts PLC computer programming controller, digital operation, touch screen data input, which can realize the data change without stopping; the whole machine adopts automatic paper feeding, automatic folding, automatic gluing (nailing), automatic counting and automatic stacking output (automatic packing);
2. Vacuum adsorption belt feeding, according to different cardboard, can do air volume adjustment, to ensure smooth paper supply; front tray cardboard lifting and front and rear sides of the baffle plate are motorized adjustment, adjustment is fast and convenient;
3. Newly upgraded four-channel electric pre-pressure structure, correcting and compensating the deviation of cardboard pressure line, solving the technical problems of cardboard molding scissor difference, drumming and high and low lines;
4. The belt of paper supply department is made of imported rubber, which is wear-resistant and has high friction;
5. Pneumatic side patting device, effectively reduce the error of manual paper release, improve the stability of paper feeding;
6. The left and right side of the block gauge lateral movement of electric adjustment;
