Function:
1.This machine uses high-strength paper gripping teeth, and the open tooth gripping mechanism can adapt to various types of cardboard. The front and rear positioning and side positioning mechanisms ensure the die-cutting accuracy of the paper.
2.The main drive of this machine adopts a worm gear pair and a crankshaft connecting rod mechanism. It is connected in the form of a bearing to reduce the movement gap and avoid the impact of the worm gear. It operates smoothly, has high die-cutting pressure, and has a high-point pressure-holding function. The worm gear is wear-resistant. Made of good aluminum bronze, long service life.
3.This machine adopts three-dimensional cam indexing mechanism, pressure regulating device and pneumatic plate locking. It adopts imported chain transmission and imported pneumatic clutch.
4.The paper feed adopts the feeder paper feeding method, which reduces the requirements for paper. Applicable minimum paper size 320MMX210MM.
5.The pneumatic plate locking mechanism can make plate changing and padding more flexible and convenient.
6.Using imported pneumatic clutch, the combination and separation are stable and reliable, the braking angle is small, and large torque can be transmitted.
7.Programmable controller and rotatable human-machine interface, digital display of the machine's working speed, number of processed sheets, total running time, and machine fault display make troubleshooting easy. It realizes automatic control and real-time monitoring of paper feeding, die-cutting and paper delivery parts, and cooperates with the safety devices of each part to make the operation safe and reliable.
8.The die-cutting pressure can be adjusted individually before and after, and manual turning is convenient and labor-saving.
9.Automatic paper collection and neat paper collection make paper collection convenient and neat. It is equipped with a special paper take-up device for small paper.
10.Steel plates can be made into 4+1 type according to user requirements, and replacement of steel plates is easy and quick.
11.The paper feeding mechanism is equipped with double sheet detection.
12.The four front gauges and two side pull gauges of the whole machine are all detected by optical fiber with high precision. If the paper feeding is not in place, it will detect in time and stop and alarm to avoid waste products.
