Of a sleel plate multi-sleeve structure, the part has its cambustion chamber undar the care, and the ring-shaped heat exchanger above and around. The air and the smoke are both two-passed to exchange heat in their own passes. To improve heat efficiency, the furmnaces adopt multi-headed spiral grooved piece heat exchanging technology and turbulence principles to thin the thickness of laminar flow to let air and smoke continuously exchange directions of tuming. grealy enhancing the heat exchanging effect.
Operation principles: the high-temperature smake generated from the burning biomass in a combustion chamber enters a smake ring under the actions of fans, and through a filue is exhausted from a chimney after making heat exchange with the outside air. Cold air is blown into the case af a hot-air furnace and flows trough the roal into the air ring outside the
combustion chamber, and is fed to the equipment needing tresh hot air through the hot air outlet pipe.
