LRF seres vertical hot-air fumnaces are a new generation of heat-supply product jointly developed and designed by the company and Hualu Technology Development Co... Ltd. Department Thermal Engineering. Tsinghua University. The hot-air furnaces of this type have their combustion chambers and heat exchangers inegrated. Of a sleel plate multi-sleeve structure, the part has its cambustion chamber undar the care, and the ring-shaped heat exchanger above and around. The air and the smoke are both two-passed to exchange heat in their own passes. To improve heat efficiency, the furmnaces adopt multi-headed spiral grooved piece heat exchanging technology and turbulence principles to thin the thickness of laminar flow to let air and smoke continuously exchange directions of tuming. grealy enhancing the heat exchanging effect.
Operation principles: the high-temperature smake generated from the burning biomass in a combustion chamber enters a smake ring under the actions of fans, and through a filue is exhausted from a chimney after making heat exchange with the outside air. Cold air is blown into the case af a hot-air furnace and flows trough the roal into the air ring outside the
combustion chamber, and is fed to the equipment needing tresh hot air through the hot air outlet pipe.
The product is widely used for crying, painting, and dehydration of varied materials in chemical industry, food, medicine. tobacoo, ceramics, building material, atc., and for heating for factory workshaps, halls, agricultural sheds, and livestock sheds and for deihumidification or temperature-rise processes of such places as underground mining areas, underground works, etc.

Compact in structure and reasonable in layout, the produat boasts high heat exchange rate, fast temperature rising and remarkable heat efficiency and features small footprint, essy installation and operation, clean hot air, and sleady performance. Employing indirect heat transler technology and using clean air as a heat-transfer medium, the hot-air turnace provides a desirable direct heat source for heat-using processes in very industry. The heat-supply temperatures fall into low tomperature(80-150ºC). intermediate temperature (200-250ºC), and high temperature ( 250-400ºC), and the customer can make tree choices according to the requirements of drying processes.
