                         YT-SF450/500 Cassette  Type  Single  Facer
Function and characteristic:
1.Adopt the negative pressure design, the large diameter corrugated roller and pressure roller make the paper under full and uniform pressure at low temperature, improve the initial viscosity to ensure  that the different gram weight cardboard at high speed.
2.The electric trolley moves the bearing roller part, operates the button, and the bearing roller part is locked and released. The roller is changed within 10 minutes.
 3.The corrugated roller adopts a peripheral heating system to reduce preheating time, eliminate condensation water accumulation, reduce tile roller deformation, restart the machine, and reduce  cardboard loss.(Optional).
4. The loading of the corrugated roller and pressure roller adopts pneumatic control, which has a buffering effect, reduces machine vibration, and improves the quality of the cardboardl.
5.The gap between the pressure roller and the corrugated roller is adjusted with precision ball screw, detected with an electronic ruler, and displayed with numerical values; The gap automatically  adjusts with the speed and weight of the vehicle.
 6.The driving part adopts a toothed belt drive, which is stable in transmission, low in noise, and
maintenance free.
 7.The  mobile  adhesive  system  is  not  only  convenient  for  cleaning,  but  also  more  conducive  to maintenance and repair.
